Morning prayer is said
Friday at 9.30 am.
Any additional services will be announced on our notice board and on our website.
If you are out on your daily exercise and pass the Vicarage (opposite St Matthew's) and can help with a can of soup, chilli, meatballs, or curries etc.. please pop them in the box in the porch
CHURCH RE-OPENING NEWS
I hope you are all keeping well and managing to enjoy some fresh air (when it isn’t raining!) There is now some news about services starting up again in Church, so here goes!
•We’ll be having Sunday Services at both churches starting
July 19th 9.30am ( only) at St Matthew’s & 11.00am at St Chads
•These will NOT be communion at first, but after a couple of weeks we will review the situation and, hopefully, then have communion.
•No singing yet, and all the usual safety protocols are in place
•External Church doors will be kept open to allow for maximum ventilation
•Cleaning will take place after each service
•No mid –week services yet or any other groups/activities
•If you wish to wear a face mask, please bring your own.
